Sadly I have no photos of the kids at the actual soccer presentation day! Silly Mum missed the whole day (as did Dad who had to rush Mum to hospital). Within minutes of arriving at the soccer fields I started feeling severe pains and nausea. We left the boys in the capable care of Marnie and
Anniw W, thanks guys, and headed to the hospital for next two hours until pain relief drugs worked. When we returned it was all over and we missed seeing our boys get their trophies. A little upsetting. They are both very proud, especially
Lachlan, who received on of the "Most Improved Player" trophies for his team. Prue is also very proud of her brother's trophies, as you can see above, and would dearly love a "
mudal" (medal) for herself. She actually tried to steal a medal-like object on a string at the preschool the other day.
Anyway, it was a great soccer season, and we can't wait for next year.
Hamish even thinks he will
play again, as his own confidence and interest has grown over the last 3-4 week. Thanks to every one at the
Nyngan Junior soccer club, esp. Monique, for organising a great season.

Hope you feel better now Nic. Great photo's of the kids...love the wonderful dust storm background, you poor buggers. I wish it would rain for you all.
