Finally, the trophy
Lachlan has coveted the soccer Player of the Week trophy all season, but with remarkable patience due to new found maturity. Still as the season loomed to a close he, and in fact all of us, were starting to worry.
Lachlan has put his whole heart into soccer all year, but mostly appeared more like a headless chook than anything, and indeed a hindrance rather than a help, as his physical ability and speed outweighed his cognitive understanding of the game (eg who is my team, which way do we run, which is our goal mouth). Progressively though he has improved and started to show signs of being a very good player in the future, so it was with much excitement, and relief, that he received the trophy last week. Well done Lacho!

Congratulations Lachlan, I must admit Jack has got absolutely no coordination when it comes to ball sports either. I wonder if the food thing has something to do with it, Nic?
Congratulations Lacho!! Well done.
