Prue turns two

Well we have been offline for almost a month, and now that we are back with a new working modem, I thought that I ad best revisit my very full blog (ha ha) and update Prue's birthday before it is time for the boys' fifth birthday next month! Prue had some little cupcakes at home on her actual birthday, then a party with friends (ours obviously) the next day. Her cake was a bit technicolour due to a large rush of food colouring flowing from the bottle, but she seemed to like it! Lots of champagne and wine was drunk by the grown ups. Prue loved all of her presents and the boys enjoyed choosing gifts for her. Hamish gave her a necklace and bracelet, and Lachlan asked me to get her a fairy doll and a fairy horse! He may seem like our rough and tumble little boy, but finds it impossible to hide his gentle, sensitive side where his baby sister is concerned. Trevor and I gave her a hobby horse and a little wooden doll's bed. She proceeded to pile all of her presents onto the bed, then position herself on top as well, and pretend to be asleep. It was very cute.
